I Am

Sean has a post up giving the percentages of each North Carolina county residents who have/had a concealed carry permit in 2010.

Franklin County came in at 4.32%.

I am the 4.32%.

    You bet. I'm doing my best to see that number climb, there are a couple of folks at work that have talked about getting their permits. I'm working on getting them beyond the talking stage.
