I don't understand a person advertising that they have endless sexual encounters with various different men and since she doesn't want to take responsibility for her actions, someone else should pay for her "protection" and then gets upset when someone calls her exactly what she is. I think Rush was being kind.

She's a plant. She picked Georgetown knowing what their policy is on contraceptives specifically so that she would have a cause to champion.
Really, it gets tiresome.
