Any man who donates genetic material in any way shape or form these days is a bleed'n idiot.
Or will be, as soon as the courts are done with him.
(Yes, I know there are supposed to be legal shields for anonymous donors, but the inmates are now running the asylums. Good luck with that.)

Wow......just....wow. There's actually a judge out there who's willing to seriously consider this case?!?
Apparently, legally speaking, his mistake was not going through an approved fertility clinic. The only reason I can think of why that makes a difference is that you can not prove the existence of the turkey baster, or something like that.
