Looks like standard M1 Garand clip pouches, to me.
M1 Garand ammo belt, WWII pispot helmet and early WWII leggings. Best looking WWII vet I've seen in a while.
She is certainly well outfitted, that's for sure.
I was kind of going for the joke there, but it fell pretty flat (unlike her "ammo pouches").
