That seems to be the new meme, only 1% are freeloaders who will not get insurance and will have to pay the fine. So far I've heard it from Carneybarker and Pelousy so it must be true.

Yep, that's what they say. the rest of the (depending on who you listen to) 49 to 61 million uninsured will have to be paid for by us.
