The Last Refuge Thermometer

Inspired by this and this:

70+ = ah, just right
60-70 = acceptable during daylight hours if the sun is shining
50-60 = cold
40-50 = f'n cold
40 and below = that sh!t just ain't right

Can you tell that it's been a while since I've endured an Iowa winter?

Last Tuesday I had to make emergency repairs to the car. It was 25 degrees and the wind chill was 20. I'm having a hard time feeling sorry for you. ;)

LOL I'm an oddity in Texas:

70+ = friggin hot
60-70 = perfect
50-60 = cool and crisp, will consider wearing long pants (vs shorts), may wear a light jacket if the temps are not supposed to get above low 50s, its raining/drizzling, or windy and I'm going to be outside
40-50 = wear a jacket
40 and below = ver' nice! Suck it up, buttercup, start adding layers!

Robert, I, on the other hand, am finding it very easy to feel sorry for you. BTDT, got the T shirt.

RA, you should consider moving more northerly. :D

Thanks for dropping by!

As I tell my Iowa friends and relatives.

You wanna see me at the holidays, come enjoy MY weather rather than expect me to endure yours.

Plus we have Mouse.

That sounds like the most reasonable thing to do, with or without the mouse.

Thanks for dropping by McThag!
