Well, damn.

I went to Virginia Beach today for a retirement ceremony. I kind of wish I hadn't, because while I was there I was backing out of a parking spot and backed directly into the front bumper of a Dodge truck.

Yes, I was driving the Mustang.

One rear valance, one rear bumper cover, plus a shiny new chrome bumper for an 06 Dodge Ram.

That sound you hear is me beating my head against the desk. I really didn't need this on top of everything else.

Driving skills are the first to go, old man...

I'm sorry, Bro...

Hate when that happens...

OTOH, this is the price you pay for being a good man and not a scumbag.

Hopefully such good behavior will earn the Cosmic and Karmic rewards it deserves - if not at least a clear-minded night's sleep is SOMETHING...

I'm just pissed at myself for bunging up the pony. I've already started looking up replacement pieces for it, I'll let the insurance take care of the other guy's truck but I'll do the pony myself.
Thanks for dropping by DD!

Matt, the way I heard it is the memory is the second thing to go...be damned if I can remember it first...something to do with bones I think...

Thanks for dropping by!

A pickup without a ding ... must be still on the dealer's lot.
